Reena Gopinathan, Dr. of Physical Therapy

Dr. Reena Gopinathan, Physical Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner  Reena Gopinathan, DPT, OCS, CMTPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy.   Reena feels there is a strong power in understanding our own energy to most effectively bridge the gap of eastern and western philosophies of healing. She advocates for the exploration of various energy healing modalities as a means of patient empowerment regarding their care.   As a healthcare provider who likes to look at physical healing holistically, it became natural to also incorporate energy work and mindfulness techniques into treatment plans.  Reena has specializations as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist, and is also is a Yoga Instructor (YTT-200) and Reiki level II practitioner.
